Definition of ‘Licensor’- This is the name given to someone who owns the legal rights to something, for example some software, who has agreed to allow someone else to use that software in accordance with a License Agreement.

Definition of ‘Licensee’- This is the name given to someone who is going to be allowed to use something that belongs to someone else, for example some software, in accordance with a Licence Agreement.
